Cash donations can be sent to Corporate Partnerships, The CBE, Education Centre,1221 8th St. SW Calgary, AB T2R 0L4. Cheques should be made out to The Calgary Board of Education – Cinderella Gown Project and a tax receipt is available if requested for any cash donation over $25.00.

Tiara Sponsor – $2,500 – $4,999
Magic Wand Sponsor- $1,000 –$ 2,499.00

How can you Pick up the Wand?

The Cinderella Gown Project is a charitable project able to provide tax receipts for any financial support over $25.00, Charitable Number: 10683-0128-RR0002

Sponsoring organizations or individuals will be celebrated on our sponsorship banner that is displayed at the event, and on both the Calgary Board of Education and the Cinderella Gown Project website.

Sponsors will be invited to attend the Cinderella Gown Project Event Day where you may participate as a Godmother assisting the Cinderellas with their selections.

Sponsors will also have the satisfaction of knowing that your gift will make an immediate difference in a young person’s life your donation creating a lasting memory for both you and the recipients.

We rely on financial sponsorship to pay various costs, such as putting on the event, storage, hangers, dress racks, garment bags to cover the gowns, mirrors, accessories (shoes, jewelry, handbags and shawls) certain custom dress sizes, communications, transportation, and other costs associated with the Cinderella Event Day. Financial support also enables us to supplement our inventory with new merchandise and to purchase clothing for students, such as those who cannot be accommodated through the inventory of clothing collected. A donation of $250 enables us to outfit a Cinderella from head to toe.

As a charitable organization, The Cinderella Gown Project relies on financial and product support from our sponsors to fund our program. One hundred percent of the funding and merchandise donated by our sponsors goes directly towards operating and promoting the Cinderella Gown Project and Cinderella Gown Project Event.

In-Kind Donations

The Calgary and area Cinderella Gown Project accepts beautiful, graduation appropriate gowns and accessories (next to new shoes, jewelry, handbags and shawls). Donations can be dropped off at the Sir Winston Churchill High School main office, 5220 Northland Drive NW (across from Northland Mall) anytime during regular business hours.
